How can you help keep our community safe?

We are doing everything we can to ensure your visit to Capalaba Central is a safe one, but we need you to help us out too by following QLD Government advice.

We ask that you keep the following in mind when visiting the Centre are:

  • Where possible please maintain a safe distance of 1.5 metres whilst indoors in the Shopping Centre.
  • Washing your hands often, using soap and water or hand sanitiser. If you do not have your own, you can find hand sanitiser at each entry to the Centre and at our Welcome Desk.

  • If you need to sneeze or cough please do so into your elbow or a tissue. If you are using a tissue, please ensure to dispose of the tissue right away.

  • Staying home if you feel unwell and get tested as soon as possible.

What we're doing to assist:

Our retailers are a part of what makes up our community, and the Redland spirit of supporting local businesses by pulling together collectively will help to overcome these uncertain times.

We are open for your daily needs and services but also respect the Government regulations.

We are proactive in ensuring a safe shopping environment.

Additional enhancements to our current high standard of cleanliness and other precautionary measures include:

  • Increased cleaning frequency of touch points.

  • Dedicated additional cleaning staff.

  • Sanitising stations at main entries.

  • Education of retailers, contractors and centre staff on the latest health authority advice.

  • Signage at key locations throughout the centre.
