TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are mandatory and subject to availability; no walk-ins permitted. Limited spots are available. No rescheduling will be provided for no-shows, and late arrivals may forfeit their spot. A maximum of three pets (dogs and cats only) is allowed per photography session. Pets must wait outside, opposite Zambrero, until their scheduled time; staff will escort them to Santa’s chair. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier/crate when walking to and from Santa’s chair. Please be mindful that pets are only permitted in the Centre for the duration of their allocated session. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.
